THOSE TWO PHASES ARE AN INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT PART OF THIS PROCESS AND OFTENTIMES ARE OVERLOOKED BEFORE BEGINNING A STRENGTH PHASE IN YOUR TRAINING.

TRUSTING YOUR FOUNDATION IS SO IMPORTANT AS YOU START PUTTING YOUR BODY UNDER HEAVIER LOADS… AND THAT IS WHERE THIS STRENGTH PROGRAM COMES IN TO PLAY. IN ORDER TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS PROGRAM, YOU’LL WANT A STRONG FOUNDATION. WE BELIEVE THAT FOUNDATION IS BUILD THROUGH THE HYBRID PROGRAM IF YOU ARE RELATIVELY NEW TO TRAINING.
